Rules and regulation for alumni
- Be propely attired for all meetings or activities. - Be disciplined at all times. - participate fully in discussions/ activies . - Do not abuse your authority as an alumni . - Check the blog regulary for new updates - respect all members and head - exemplify Motto , vision and mission at all times . - set good examples for prefects and juniors all the times - complete tasks assigned on time . - Be puntual for all meetings . If any of this rules brokened , You will be punished accordly .

NOTE! Everyone please take note,for those who has registered to join the youth alumni or be it u are interested to, we are having a meeting at fvps this friday(18/6) at the ava room at 10am. For those who have registered ur attendance is compulsory. If theres any reason u cannot make it, please sms or call Ren Yi personally. U can also get his number by asking Jia Xi or Nicole. This will be a very important meeting so please try to make it. Please dressed presentably. For the guys, if unfortunately u have coloured hair plz wear smth to cover it or dye it black. It is not a must for you to wear long pants shorts are allowed. I hope u guys know what is presentably ya. As for the shoes, this is for both boys and girls, no slippers or sandals, everyone must come in covered shoes(ankle socks are allowed ya). For the girls, please do not come with all your hair in front because that will look quite scary. No FBT is allowed for both boys and girls. Items that an alumni will get Greetings, I am back again just to tell you guys a gist of what an alumni will get as an alumni upon the arrival of the post. Firstly, you will get a membership card which will allow you to gain excess to the school compound easily so that upon entering the school, you just need to flash the card to the security guard and you can easily gain excess. Next, you will also be getting an alumni t-shirt which you will have to wear when there is any events involving the alumni. Welcome Greetings graduates of FVPS, Welcome to the fernvale primary school youth alumni blog. Let me first go a little bit into the background story of this. A few of us had previously got together and feel that the school needed some help. And as graduates, i believe all of us are more experienced than any of the students in FVPS. We should all know the frustration as students as we were once in their shoes. Firstly we are here to help FVPS students, secondly, the prefectorial board. Those previously who were from the prefectorial board would definitely know that as prefects, sometimes we are being left out and whats worse is that we as what i called rookies are lost when problems crops up. At that point in time, we usually find it hard to do anything be it from planning to executing, so here we are the purpose of the alumni is to help these lost souls get back their directions. So what the few of us felt was there is really a need to have this youth alumni so we decided to start the ball rolling. So what we did was we gathered a few of us and went on to find Mdm teo. This whole committee will be oversee by Mdm Teo and the teachers in charge are Mr Chew and Mrs Quek. So as a start, our first coming major event will be our very own Youth Alumni investiture. Regarding this investiture, it has been set on the 7/7/2010, the date when our opening ceremony was held on. Regarding about this investiture, we will be having a meeting on the 19 of June which is on a Saturday please try to make this day available. We are currently trying to have the meeting in Fvps at the AVA room, more details will be given at a later date on this blog so please check this blog regularly(best if can check once per 2 days). Next also to start the ball rolling, we are currently recruiting. So if you want to join the FVPS youth alumni, all you have to do is send in you email add, your full name and both your handphone and house no. to this email address ( fvpsalumni@hotmail.com ). Being a member of the youth alumni basically is simple. All you have to do is that when there is an event, it will be posted on this blog and whoever wants to participate or is available to participate, you can email us or just give the head that is in-charge an sms or a call. The heads no. will be given with their permission upon your registration. Just for all of you to take note, some of the heads names will subject to changes after the meeting. Also the following heads please also send in your full name, email add and both you handphone and house no. too. So with this, i hope to see as many members joining as possible and if there is any questions or doubts that you want to clear, you can also email me at ( tyranitar777@hotmail.com ), i will try to reply ASAP, hope to see your names up soon on our name list.
